Keith
Gymer holds degrees in physics and mathematics from Cambridge University
and in Management Studies from Durham. After several
years as an electronics engineer in the oilfield services industry
he entered the patent and trade mark profession in 1984 working
for British Telecommunications plc.
Keith's broad experience includes patent work on communications technology;
licensing; design and trade mark registration worldwide. He is particularly
familiar with intellectual property issues relating to the internet
and multimedia, and has dealt extensively with internet copyright
and trade mark and internet domain name disputes. He has also worked
on legislative policy issues representing client interests to the
European Commission and UK Government. Keith manages Page Hargrave's
London office.
